Error description

• When updating the attributes cache or search cache for
  federated repositories on the Admin Console, the following
  exception is thrown:
  com.ibm.websphere.wim.exception.WIMConfigurationException:
  CWWIM5034E  The parameter value '' is not correct for the
  parameter 'cacheDistPolicy'. The parameter must have one of
  the following values: '[none, push, push_pull]'.

Problem conclusion

• The Admin Console to longer throws an exception when updating

  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
  8.5.5.18 and 9.0.5.3.
