APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • User moves the FastMap report folder using OPX and notices that
    the FastMap reports no longer appears under the gear icon menu
    in the Task Focused UI.  The reports do appear under the new
    folder location in the Standard UI.
    
    This impacts users who have moved the FastMap folder in previous
    OP versions before upgrading to OP8.1.0.  They would need to
    restore or copy the FastMap folder back to default location in
    order for TFUI menu to display the FastMap reports.
    
    
    
    Workaround:
    None
    
    
    PreRequisites:
    
    OP8.1.0
    
    Steps to Reproduce:
    
    A)	Confirm that FastMap reports appear in TFUI menu
    1.	Login to OpenPages App as OpenPagesAdministrator
    2.	In the Task Focused UI, click the gear icon and confirm that
    FastMap reports are displayed
    
    
    B)	Using OPX URL, move FastMap folder to Notifications folder.
    
    1.	Login to OPX URL,  https:/servername:10111/opx, as
    OpenPagesAdministrator
    2.	Click on Browse Channels > Reporting > SOX
    3.	Tick the FastMap folder box and click the ?Move To? button
    4.	In the Java Applet, navigate down to Reporting>SOX, select
    Notifications report folder and click OK
    
    C)	Confirm that the FastMap reports do not appear in TFUI
    1.	Login to OpenPages App as OpenPagesAdministrator
    2.	In the Task Focused UI, click the gear icon and confirm that
    FastMap reports are now missing
    
    
    
    Expected Results:
    Expected the FastMap Reports to be displayed despite being moved
    in OPX
    
    
    
    Actual Results:
    
    FastMap reports are missing after moving the FastMap folder in
    OPX
    The reports do appear in the Standard UI
