Error description

• APAR to address multiple Tools Customizer (TCz) improvements:
  1) Update TCz to include SHLVSMAP data set when SMF virtual
  tables are included.
  TCz generates the loader server started task job with the common
  required maps for the product.
  //HLVMAPP  DD DISP=SHR,
  //    DSN=hlq.SHLVMAP
  For SMF support, add the hlq.SHLVSMAP from the SMPE install to
  the HLVMAPP DD concatenation if SMF is selected from TCz. For
  example:
  //HLVMAPP DD DISP=SHR,
  // DSN=hlq.SHLVMAP
  // DSN=hlq.SHLVSMAP
  2) Update comments section on TCz template HLOSMPJ and HLOCOMCL.
    - Typo in TCz template HLOSMPJ: 'TBANLE LEVEL' should be 'JOB
  LEVEL'.
    - Include documentation that Db2 group ID should be specified
  for #DB2SSID# in HLOCOMCL if running on data-sharing system.
