* Both controller web related services gets restarted.         *
* But it says PA link not there.                               *
* Seems link was populated correctly in both                   *
* fcmwebui-stdout.2019-11-07.log backend-url.js                *

* Upgrade to the latest IBM Cognos Controller 10.4.2 version   *
