PH19031: New DBRMS V12.1.0.0000000; 'OWNER' masks unintentional results; ADBCMBAT job fails; export changes mig dataset fails

APAR status

Error description

• This APAR has identified the following issues:
  
  1.  All DBRMs for applied PTFs have the same version -
  V12.1.0.0000000. This issue was caused during the packaging
  process. From this point on, any delivered DBRMs will contain
  the PTF number as part of the version ID instead of "0000000".
  
  2.  Previously any OWNER, TBOWNER, and IXOWNER mask line would
  internally be duplicated as SCHEMA, TBSCHEMA, and IXSCHEMA
  respectively. This can cause unintentional masking.  This will
  no longer occur.  Users should now check for any OWNER, TBOWNER,
  and IXOWNER mask lines, and add any SCHEMA, TBSCHEMA, or
  IXSCHEMA mask lines as needed.
  
  3. The ADBCMBAT job submitted via Tools Customizer
  will fail if PDS and GOCCM member already exist.
  
  4.  When exporting a change into a data set, if that data set
  has been migrated, the export will fail.
