Error description

• If a change involves the drop and create of a temporal table
  and history table, the ALTER TABLE...DROP VERSIONING command may
  appear twice in the WSL.  When the WSL is executed, the
  duplicate ALTER statement may cause the following
  SQLCODE = -20525 / sqlcoden20525 error to result:
  
  ADB7955E ADBTEP2   DSNT408I SQLCODE = -20525, ERROR:  THE
  REQUESTED ACTION IS NOT VALID FOR TABLE >tablename<

  In a scenario involving the drop and create of a temporal table,
  Object Compare does not check to see if versioning
  had already been dropped. As a result, Compare may
  generate a WSL containing a duplicate ALTER TABLE DROP
  VERSIONING statement. When the WSL is executed, a
  SQLCODE -20525 error may result:
  
  ADB7955E ADBTEP2 DSNT408I SQLCODE = -20525, ERROR: THE
  REQUESTED ACTION IS NOT VALID FOR TABLE >tablename<
  BECAUSE THE TABLE IS THE WRONG KIND OF TABLE
  
  This fix adds a 'versioning dropped' check to prevent a
  duplicate ALTER TABLE DROP VERSIONING statement from being
  generated.
