  It was possible for a classLoader to be associated with a null
  map of singletons, in this case a NullPointerException would
  be thrown when clearning the singletons on application
  shutdown.
  

Problem conclusion

• A null check was added to the clearInstances method.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
