  IMS Cloning Tool provides this APAR to address IMS V15 APAR
  PH14457. If the only APAR PH14457 is applied without this APAR,
  IMS Cloning Tool will get the following ABEND.
  
   - IMS control region has an ABEND0C4 in UNKNOWN with GLX2930E
     message when you use IMS Cloning Tool Physical Logger Exit.
   - IMSDBREFSH command has an ABEND0C4 in one of the following
     modules.
     - GCL#ARCH +0D4A
     - GCL00342 +0C2C
   - IMSSTOP    command has an ABEND0C4 in GCL00310 +23F2.
   - IMSSTART   command has an ABEND0C4 in GCL00315 +4A82.
   - IMSDBSTOP  command has an ABEND0C4 in GCL00330 +3998.
   - IMSDBSTART command has an ABEND0C4 in GCL00335 +34E2.
  

Problem conclusion

• Install the APAR to fix the above problems.
  
  When applying IMS V15 APAR PH14457, this APAR PH18926 needs to
  be applied to avoid possible ABEND0C4 in IMS Cloning Tool.
  When applying both IMS V15 APAR PH14457 and this APAR PH18926,
  your IMS V15 subsystem needs to be restarted to make IMS Cloning
  Tool Physical Logger Exit available.
