Error description

• IMS Program Restart Facility currently displays the document
  fields (create date and user id) in the PRF option modules.
  This APAR addresses a requirement to allow users to control
  whether to display the document fields in the PRF option
  modules.
  This is enhancement is based off of RFE 84739.
