PH18757: DAI XCF GROUP EXIT RUNNING ON SSI FAILED WITH ABEND S0CX

Error description

• When XCF broadcasted a DAI SOT event to XCF group exit routines,
  DAI XCF Group Exit running on the subsystem interface failed
  with ABEND S0C1 or 0C4.

  DAI programs running on the subsystem interface share an
  internal block for mutual cooperation. However, since the DAI
  XCF group exit routine did not restore the base register for
  the internal block and attempted to reference incorrect
  storage, it caused an exception each time XCF broadcasts a
  member event. Although the role of this exit routine is to
  detect TAS server failures, this function is not working.
  Therefore, if TAS server fails, Admin tool ISPF may hung up
  in the process of receiving a response.
  

Problem conclusion

• The DAI module AIISCXC0 has been changed to fix the above
  problem.
