Error description

• You are running CICS Transaction server 5.5, and receive the
  following error:
  DFHZC3424 E date time applid -A17 CSNE Session failure. Session
            terminated immediately. ((2 Modu.e name: DFHZNSP))
  DFHZC3437 I date time applid -A17 CSNE Node xxxxx action taken:
            CLSDST ABTASK ABSEND ABRECV ((1) Module name: DFHZNAC)
  DFHSN1500 date time applid Session signoff for  session -A17 is
            complete. 2 transactions entered with 0 errors.
  DFHZC3462 I date time applid -A17 CSNE Node xxxxx session
            terminated. (2) module name: DFHZCLS)
  This was followed by a program check reported in the following
  message:
  
  DFHAP0001 applid  An abend (code 0C4/AKEA) has occurred at
           offset X'00004C8' in DFHZTSP
  
  The program check occurs on a test under mask (TM)
  instruction, due to R10 containing 00000000.
  R10 is expected to contain the address of the TCTTE -
  terminal control block.

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Abend 0C4 in module DFHZTSP when        *
  *                      attempting to install a remote          *
  *                      terminal.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  A transaction routing request is received in an AOR over an
  LU6.2 session.
  DFHZTSP is called to create a remote terminal definition as it
  does not exist.
  A terminal inquiry is sent to the TOR to obtain the terminal
  properties followed by a receive to wait for the response.
  At this point the LU6.2 session is lost.
  The receive failed.
  Message DFHZC2467, invalid VTAM CID, is issued by the CSNE
  task.
  Control returned to DFHZTSP to handle the error. At this point
  DFHZTSP expects that a surrogate TCTTE has been built which is
  not the case. A low core value is used as the pointer surrogate
  TCTTE.
  Flags at +x'D8' in low core are tested and depending on its
  value (in the customers case it was x'FF') DFHZTSP program
  checks when it attempts to set x'01' in low core +x'E0'resulting
  in message DFHAP0001 An abend (code 0C4/AKEA) has occurred at
  offset X'00004C84' in module DFHZTSP.

Problem conclusion

• DFHZTSP abnormal termination routine has been changed to verify
  that a surrogate TCTTE exists before using it.
  The task will abend ATCT instead of an abend AZTS or DFHZTSP
  program checking.
