APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If, for some reason, an END COMMIT PHASE 2, END ABORT, END UNDO,
  END REDO or END TODO record is missing from the DB2 Log, then
  processing of the affected UR can cause the Staging Space to
  become blocked and no data will be transmitted. Data will
  continue to be read from the DB2 Log and staged. The Staging
  Space will eventually fill up, and either Staging Space full
  errors or above the bar storage exhausted errors will result.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: A UR that is not completed in the Db2   *
  *                      log may cause the Staging Space to be   *
  *                      blocked and eventually fill up. A       *
  *                      CHC1524E message may be issued to state *
  *                      the Staging Space is full or even       *
  *                      CHC9713E message to indicate below the  *
  *                      bar storage exhausted. The affected     *
  *                      subscription will stop replication      *
  *                      activity and large numbers of empty URs *
  *                      can be found in its Staging Space       *
  *                      report.                                 *

  CHC1524E and/or CHC9713E messages may be issued due to the
  filled up Staging Space caused by incomplete UR.
