  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Fast Path Advanced Tool (FPA) Resync    *
  *                      function issued the HFPR3045E message   *
  *                      and abended with U3003.                 *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  The buffer chain was destroyed only when the length of the
  pointer segment is less than 16 bytes.This caused the HFPR3045E
  error.
  

Problem conclusion

• FPA has been modified to get a buffer of at least 16 bytes even
  if the length of the pointer segment is less than 16 bytes.
