Error description

  • When a Fault Analyzer fault entry is attempted to be deleted via
    the automatic space management (auto-managed PDSE) history file
    process, the associated dump is also attempted to be deleted.
    If the dump has been migrated by HSM, a security violation is
    received when attempting to delete the dump dataset, such as:
    
    ICH408I USER(YYYYYYY)... INSUFFICIENT ACCESS AUTHORITY FROM
    XXXXXXX.** (G) ACCESS INTENT(ALTER) ACCESS ALLOWED(READ)
