Error description

• IMS Administration Tool gets abend S0C4 at ATY@IMSI under all of
  the following conditions:
  - IMS procedure member contains a symbol
  - The member does not contain a variable which resolves the
  symbol
  - The symbol and the variable are not specified on the "Control
  Region User Parms" when IMS subsystem is registered in the IMS
  Administration Tool environment

  IMS Administration Tool gets abend S0C4 at ATY@IMSI when IMS
  procedure JCL contains a symbolic parameter in a data set name,
  and no value is specified for the parameter.
  
  In this condition, IMS Administration Tool cannot build an
  internal table but attempts to refer the table. It causes
  ABEND0C4 at ATY@IMSI.
  
  A workaround of this ABEND is specifying the value to the
  parameter on the IMS Administration Tool web or ISPF UI:
  
   - Setup and Administration > Register IMS Systems >
     Edit or Update > Control Region User Parms
  

Problem conclusion

• IMS Administration Tool has been fixed as follows:
  
  - IMS Administration Tool issues error messages ATY3130E and
    ATY3131E when a necessary data set cannot be discovered
  
  - IMS Administration Tool skips data set name analysis process
    for an unnecessary data set
