Error description

• Reorg Expert ended with HPSG0011E and notified to AD server with
  Reorg job FAILED. AD Server attempted to handle FAILED message
  but ABEND S0C4 occurred.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Reorg Expert ended with HPSG0011E and   *
  *                      notified to Autonomics Director with    *
  *                      Reorg job FAILED. Autonomics Director   *
  *                      attempted to handle FAILED message but  *
  *                      ABEND S0C4 and U4095 was occurred.      *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR and      *
  *                 restart Autonomics Director server.          *
  ****************************************************************
  During FAILED message processing, internal table is initialized
  and FREEMAINed. However, Autonomics Director looks at the
  flag in internal table which is already FREEMAINed. AS the
  result, S0C4 (ABEND0C4) and U4095 (ABENDU4095) are occurred.
  Therefore, Autonomics Director terminates with the following
  messages:
  BPE0006I ADAS TTIM TCB ABEND S0C4, THD=STIM DIAG=4004000184
  BPE0006I MODULE ID = REOT               EP = xxxxxxxx
