Error description

• APAR PH05804 introduced changes during EOF processing to handle
  program-switch transactions. During this processing the address
  of the next transaction in the chain is saved in a register. As
  part of this change a secondary list of transactions could be
  created, which re-used the same register, causing the original
  chain to be lost. This could lead to unpredictable results in
  EOF processing causing the IPI0071E message to be produced.
