  environment are unable to use Date and Time filter correctly in
  "View Audit Log" and "View IMS Command Log" functions.

  The date filter option validates the input date to follow the
  national date format. Under the non-English ISPF environment,
  however, the date filter is unable to use correctly since the
  log data is written in English format YYYY/MM/DD.
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR fixes the date filter option to validate YYYY/MM/DD
  format correctly in any ISPF language environment.
