PH18174: HTTP LISTENER REST REQUESTS MAY CAUSE A PARSING FAILURE WHEN PARSING THE MTOM MESSAGE WITH A "TRANSFER-ENCODING" OF "CHUNKED"

Error description

• The ITX HTTP Listener is getting a select group of HTTP REST
  requests that cause a parsing failure, particularly when parsing
  the MTOM message with a "Transfer-Encoding" of "chunked".
  
  The error message in the error log is as follows:
  ERR: Invalid request encountered!  Request Line:

  The socket log shows the following:
