PH17994: ABENDS0C4 WHEN POSIX(ON) IN CEEOPTS AND OUTEXIT IN C OR COBOL2

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After the PTF for PH03781 has been applied, the unload
  terminates in ABENDS0C4 when a C or COBOL2 exit is specified by
  the OUTEXIT option and POSIX(ON) is specified either in the
  CEEOPTS dataset allocated to the Db2 HPU step or in the PARM
  parameter of the EXEC statement.
  

Local fix

• If the exit does not need to be processed in POSIX(ON) mode,
  remove the superfluous POSIX(ON) specification.
