  REASON 00C90206
  ERQUAL 5002
  
  CHECK INDEX shows all indexes missing the same RID.
  DSNU709I DSNUKIKI - NO INDEX ENTRY FOR ROW
  
  An earlier CREATE INDEX DEFER NO had been done on the object,
  to create and populate new indexes, while a remote INSERT
  thread was also running.
  

Local fix

• Use CREATE INDEX DEFER YES and REBUILD INDEX.

  Db2 did not handle serialization between CREATE INDEX and
  long prepare of DMLs properly.  This can result in missing
  and/or inconsistent data in the index dataset.  This can
  lead to unexpected Db2 behaviors including but not limited
  to the reported abend.
  Some of the known symptoms:
  - INSERT missing data in the index
  - DELETE running into the reported abend
  - UPDATE running into the reported abend
  - SELECT using the affected index can receive
    INCORROUT
  - CHECK INDEX utility may report error on the index
  This problem can cause other unexpected Db2 behaviors.
  

Problem conclusion

• Db2 has been fixed to close this serialization window
  under CREATE INDEX.
  User might be able to use REBUILD INDEX to repair the affected
  index.
