PH17906: SUPERLOCATE FAILS IF THERE IS A DUMMY NON-EXISTENT CATALOGED DATA SET

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The customer gets GGC1501E and user abend 0012 when there is a
  dummy data set (cataloged, but non-existent) with the same HLQ
  as the current active log data set Change Accumulation Tool is
  about to read.
  Superlocate returns entries not only for requested active log
  data set, but for dummy data set too. When regular locate is
  issued against data component of dummy data set, it fails
  with RC=32.
  

Local fix

• Use only regular locate against active log data set.
