During the startup of a Liberty JVM server a bundle is installed
. The bundle changes to an enabling state but after 30 seconds
goes to a disabled state and a DFHSJ1107 message is output to
the CICS log. On the CICS JVM server JVMLOG there is a message:

    [com.ibm.cics.wlp.bundlepart.impl] [CICSLibertyBundlepartMonitor
] @Error: timeout() - The application installed by bundlepart
com.ibm.cics.service.web.pmr.app was not started after 30000
    milliseconds

    Additional Keywords: msgDFHSJ1107

Problem conclusion

  • Default timeout for Liberty Bundlepart installs increased to
60 seconds. This timeout can be configured using property
    com.ibm.cics.jvmserver.wlp.bundlepart.timeout
