APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• KDPGOBM3 - OBJECT ANALYSIS ON MVSID Z1   DISABLED.
  OMPE Agents unable to collect OBJECT ANALYSIS data for TEPS and
  Enhanced 3270 User Interface PLEX collectors due to errors
  access Object Analysis control data.
  

Local fix

• Apply PTF when available
  A cold restart of Event Manager will frequently circumvent this
  issue
  Issue the following operator commands while OMPE is active
  
  F collector,P EVENTMGR
  
  This will stop the Event Manager, which controls Object and
  Volume Analysis process
  
  F collector,S EVENTMGR,PARM=(COLD=YES)
  
  This will restart the Event Manager while rebuilding all the
  ECSA control structures.
  
  Then attempt to restart Object Analysis on the applicable Db2
  subsystems
  
  F collector.F EVENTMGR,START DB2=ssid,INTERVAL=nn
