APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• WSVR0661W was introduced by PH05460, but we always see it if we
  install additional language option.
  For example, in the output
  of versionInfo command, we see the following output in the env
  where the language option is installed.

  In the osgi console, we will see the following
  bundle state is "INSTALLED" and this results in
  WSVR0661W.

  The jar file surely
  exists.

  com.ibm.ws.security.crypto.nls.ja.jar
  
  Since WSVR0661W starts to
  happen just after the application of FP16 in every environment
  where the language option is installed, it should be suppressed
  if it's harmless.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

  com.ibm.ws.security.crypto.nls.xxx.jars do not have language
  related functions.  They can be safely removed.  This APAR
  removes the jars so that unnecessary warnings are not
  printed in the log.
  

Problem conclusion

• The bug was fixed.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 9.0.5.2 and 8.5.5.17.  Please refer to the
  Recommended Updates page for delivery information:

Temporary fix

• There is no functional issue. The warning can be ignored.
