Error description

  • products:
IDz 14.1.7 + Digipass Controller for RACF from VASCO
    .
    problem:
CICS Debug configuration fails when RSE connection is done by
userid's receiving short life time passwords generated by
third-pârty softwares such as "Digipass Controller for RACF".
The RSE password gets stored in memory
such that other connector services associated with the RSE
connection tries to use that expired token as a password.
    .
Fixed by asking the user to re-enter userid and
    password, should the authentication failed.

Local fix

  • Exit IDz, reconnect and start the CICS Debud Configuration
    without delay before password expires.
