Error description

• When a user selects the Days sub-type under the Month type of
  Schedule frequencies, the saved report definition does not
  auto-select the Days sub-type when viewed again.
  
  Steps to Reproduce
  
  1). Create and save a Scheduled Report Definition.
  
  2). Ensure that the "Days" option of the "Month" section in the
  Schedule Frequencies is selected.
  
  3). Edit the report definition and observe the Schedule
  Frequency section.
  
  The last saved Days option is not selected. Instead, the first
  option of "Every Week of Month" is selected.
