Error description

• If a Generic Process has the same name as a deleted one, you
  cannot add teams using the rest call.
  To recreate:
  Create a team (genTeam)
  Create a Generic process (genProc).
  Deleted it.
  Create a second generic process with the same name (genProc)
  Make the rest call
  curl -k -u admin
  "https://<hostname>:<hostport>/cli/process/teams?process=genProc
  &team=genTeam" -X PUT
  The curl command fails with the result:
  Invalid parameter: test (Found multiple PersistentRecords:
  path: processes/%
  excludeDeleted: false)
