• Compile running extremely slow when using  OPT(2) &
  ZONEDATA(NOPFD)

Problem summary

  Some optimizations must be disabled when using
  ZONEDATA(NOPFD|MIG) to ensure increased compatibility with
  COBOL V4 and earlier. The check for a particular optimization
  could be excessive.

  possible.
