  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR provides enhancements to      *
  *                      support new DB2 v12 features and other  *
  *                      fixes as follows:                       *
  *                      - UNLOAD table privilege                *
  *                      - Piece-wise deletion of data           *
  *                      - SQL pagination support                *
  *                      - Reduce contention                     *
  *                      - Support utility statements > 32K      *
  *                      - Support running Db2 Utilities         *
  *                        in-line in the CM Batch job           *
  *                      - Online REORG enhancements             *
  ****************************************************************
  This APAR provides enhancements and fixes to support new DB2
  v12 features and customer requirements.
  
  Changes made are as follows:
  1) The UNLOAD privilege on tables is supported as follows:
  
     - Any UNLOAD privileges are displayed on panel ADB2AT
       "Table Authorizations".
     - You can grant the UNLOAD privilege by using panel ADB2GT
       "Grant Table Privileges".
     - You can revoke the UNLOAD privilege by using panel ADB2RT
       "Revoke Table Privileges".
     - You can see the impact of revoking the UNLOAD privilege for
       a table, including the impact on the privileges of other
       users (also known as cascade revokes).
     - If you call the GEN command for a table on which the UNLOAD
       privilege has been granted, the generated SQL includes the
       GRANT UNLOAD statement.
  
  2) Piece-wise deletion of data is supported as follows:
  
     Panel ADB21TDE "Build SQL DELETE Prototype" has a new FETCH
     command that adds the FETCH FIRST n ROWS ONLY clause to a
     DELETE statement. This clause, which is new in Db2 12,
     limits the number of rows that are deleted in a single SQL
     statement.
  
  3) SQL pagination is supported as follows:
  
     The OFFSET, FOR FETCH ONLY, FETCH FIRST/NEXT and LIMIT
     clauses are supported by the parser and formatter.
  
  4) Reduce contention is supported as follows:
  
     TCz jobs are updated to create change management table space
     ADBSCHG with row-level locking isolation level (LOCKSIZE
     ROW).  Also, COMMIT is added after updating a change, to
     avoid Admin execution program ADBTEP2 holding a lock on the
     page with the change.
  
  5) Support utility statements > 32K is supported as follows:
  
     The use of the deprecated procedure SYSPROC.DSNUTILS is
     replaced with DSNUTILV (DSNUTILU if not on Db2 12 FL500).
     When using DSNUTILV Admin will support utility statements
     up to 2MB.
  
  6) Support running Db2 Utilities in-line in the CM Batch job is
     supported as follows:
  
     Added new CM batch parameter 'use_dsnutil_sp', to control
     where Db2 utilities runs.
        Values: YES: run utilties using SYSPROC.DSNUTILx
                 NO: run utilities in the CM Batch job
        Default: YES
  
  7) Online REORG enhancements is supported as follows:
  
     - You can specify the new DROP_PART option for REORG
       TABLESPACE, either on panel ADB2USO 'Specify Utility
       Options - REORG' or by using the CM batch parameter
       util_reorg_drop_part.
         Values: YES: DROP_PART YES is added.
                  NO: DROP_PART NO is added.
               blank: DROP_PART option is not added. The Db2
                      default for this utility option is used.
         Default: blank
     - The new catalog column COMPRESSRATIO is added to
       panel ADB21S 'Table Spaces' and panel ADB21SI1
       'Interpretation of an Object in SYSTABLESPACE'.
  
  8) The APPLCOMPAT bind option value V12R1M505 is supported:
     You can specify V12R1M505 in the APPLCOMPAT field on the
     following panels:
  
     - ADB21KB "Bind Package"
     - ADB21KR "Rebind Package"
     - ADB21KRT "Rebind Trigger Package"
