• "Install Template" of Urbancode Deploy Configuration Management
  plugin gives Nullpointer exception when no config template is
  present for that component.
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Create a component and component process.
  2. Drag and Drop "Install Template" from the pallet and provide
  all necessary step properties.
  3. create app and env and attach this component.
  4. Run this application and you can see NPE on logs.

Local fix

• As per our doc, "Install Template" is based on config template
  feature and should not be used without it.
