PH16427: ADB21D may not display views; DB2AMROW value blank; ?GV schema name no rows returned; ADB2USV DSNUM incorrectly requires PAGE

Error description

• This APAR addresses 4 issues:
  Issue 1:
  When line command T is entered on panel ADB21D, 'Databases',
  for a database that has View objects, the View objects may not
  be displayed on panel ADB21T 'Tables, Views, and Aliases'.
  Issue 2:
  When variable DB2AMROW is used to customize the line
  command table for panel ADB21T, the value is blank instead
  of a value greater than or equal to 0.
  Issue 3:
  When "?GV schema.name" is entered on any DB2 Admin Tool
  command line (in order to display global variables owned by a
  particular schema), the message "No rows returned" may be
  displayed.
  Issue 4:
  When DSNUM is specified on RECOVER panel ADB2USV, the PAGE
  option is required, which is incorrect.
