  *                      Director fails with message BBE1203W    *
  *                      ( MSGBBE1203W ) when the following all  *
  *                      conditions are met.                     *
  *                      - SENSOR=Y is applied                   *
  *                      - DBRC RECON data sets are allocated    *
  *                        dynamically                           *
  *                      - RECON1 data set is identified as      *
  *                        spare RECON                           *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  Sending data notification of the full function database to
  Autonomics Director fails with message BBE1203W ( MSGBBE1203W )
  when the following all conditions are met.
  - SENSOR=Y is applied
  - DBRC RECON data sets are allocated dynamically
  - RECON1 data set is identified as spare RECON
  
  RECON1 DD must be allocated when sending a sensor data
  notification to Autonomics Director in DB Sensor.
  However, IMS HP Image Copy does not allocate RECON1 DD when it
  is identified as spare.
  As the result, a sensor data notification is failed.
  

Problem conclusion

• IMS HP Image Copy has been modified to allocate all the RECON
  DDs when the process of DB Sensor is scheduled.
