PH16257: UCD CREATE APPLICATION WIZARD UI ISSUE

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• While creating an application using an Application template, in
  Stage 3 and 4 of Create application window, the fields on the
  right are cut off and there are no scroll bar present.
  
  
  Steps to reproduce :
  1.Create an application template
  2.Create 5 application properties
  3. Create a resource template and add an agent to it.
  4. Create an environment template in the application template.
  5.Create an application. We can see all 5 properties listed
  along with a scroll bar
  6.Upon clicking Next->Next we arrive at the Create environment
  page where the environments are listed and there is a scroll bar
  at the right.But the Environment Template Dropdown box and Name
  and Description Fields are cut off. When the Scroll bar is
  present, it pushes the content off the screen.
  7. On Stage 4 of the Creation Application Wizard, you will see
  the Agent Prototype menu's also cutoff and no workaround for
  this.
  

Local fix

• When you click on the environment "Name" or "Description" fields
  it scrolls to the right.
