Problem conclusion

• The Cognos BI 10.x functionality is currently available in
  11.1.X and 11.2 by accessing the product via the legacy portal.
  Once this is enabled
  (https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/how-display-version-10-cognos
  -connection-home-page-cognos-analytics-11)  you'll get the old
  UI, with the ability to click on the cube at the top right to
  open this in the studio.
  
  Query Studio and Analysis Studio are legacy component which are
  no longer being enhanced..  We will not adjust the new portal to
  enable users to open Analysis Studio or Query Studio in the
  respective studio.  Using the new portal will continue to open
  the item in reporting only.
