Error description

• When using more than 1000 components in a single application,
  deployments take a long time to load which sometimes leads to
  stuck processes.
  Some dialogs used to select the components in an application are
  extremely slow.
  

Local fix

• To work around the issue, either merge components together or
  split the application into multiple applications.
