PH16211: IN A MULTI SELECT VALUE PROMPT WITH THE CHECKBOXES THE FOCUS IS NOT SHOWING

Error description

• In a multi select value prompt with the checkboxes when choose a
  value with the arrow up or arrow down key then the focus is not
  showing. The focus is working in BI 10.2.2 but not in CA 11.1.3.
  This is important for the user accessibility. It does not matter
  which browser will be used.

Problem conclusion

• We have verified, the behavior customer is reporting still works
  in CA11 using the same viewer. CA11 interactive viewer is not
  the same as C10 classic viewer, hence this is not regression.
  We officially support using keyboard to navigate report outputs
  via accessibility feature with Firefox ESR only. There is no
  plan to enable keyboard navigations for report outputs for all
  browsers without accessibility turned on. We welcome customers
  to log this as an idea.
