Error description

• A system abend S0C4 could occur in EQQMC3DX offset x'34C' when
  an external dependency is deleted via MCP or a user abend U3999,
  in the MCP task, could occur when an external dependency is
  added.

  Randomly a S0C4 abend or a U3999 abend for a storage overlay can
  be taken when running a CP batch job or a Modify Current Plan
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem was due to the missing check of the index of an
  array or a storage overlay
