Error description
ABND04E in DSN9SCN9, ABND0C4 in DSN9SCN9, ABND0C4 in DSN3SIES in DB2 after shutting down CQM/ADH while processing a DB2 command or SQL activity. This can occur with PH13178 applied. With PH09044 applied, CQC may not always return to it's caller correctly, with the possibility of leaving Db2 processing incomplete. One of the ways the problem could also manifest itself, is a DSNECP12 - RELEASE LEVELS INCOMPATIBLE error message issued during a Db2 IDENTIFY.Other symptoms may occur as well
Local fix
Shut down CQM/ADH at a time when there are very few DB2 commands being processed.

This caused abends in different Db2 modules.
Problem conclusion
