Error description

• - Determine how to utilize z/OSMF with CSRF_SWITCH(ON)
  - As a DevOps administrator, I need enhanced capabilities for
    deploying changes into higher level environments (i,e,
    integration testing, pre-production, production)
  - Provide sample JCL procedure to start DevOps Server (Leibniz)
  - As a DevOps administrator, I want to the jobs submitted by DOE
    to have a specific prefix
