PH15806: CANCELED PROCESSES DO NOT REMOVE ALL TEMPORARY FILES FROM THE AGENT TEMP DIRECTORY

Error description

• 7.0.1.2 agent does not clean up the var/temp temporary directory
  when a process is canceled.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  - Create an application and start a deployment that sleeps for a
  few minutes.
  - Cancel the process.
  - After the process is canceled, the log.txt and stdOut.txt for
  the running step will still be in the directory.
  - The input.props, output.props and env.props will be deleted.
  - Let the same process run to completion and all files and the
  temporary directory are deleted.
