PH15566: INITIALIZATION SCRIPTS FOR CONTENT STORE IN DB2 Z/OS ARE DEFECTIVE

Error description

• When start Cognos 11 the first against DB2 on z/OS to
  initialize/create tables it fails if scripts have not been
  modified. Event then if one script fail there is no error in the
  logs but follow up issues where root cause analysis is difficult
