Error description

  • Message CHC9720E is issued when an error indication is returned
    from a system service.  It should not be issued if the service
    indicated successful processing.  CHC9720E is being issued for
    the "IARV64" service with return code 0, indicating successful
    processing.  The logic associated with this service request
    should not be issuing this message if the request was
    successful.  If the request failed, then the proper indications
    of such (return and reason codes) need to be provided in the
    CHC9720E message.
