  * An ABENDU1114 occurs during a logical unload involving a     *
  * SELECT statement specifying an ORDER clause. This occurs if  *
  * the following conditions are fullfilled:                     *
  * - the indexscan feature is involved, which requires the      *
  * following conditions to apply:                               *
  *    + the unload is run in native mode                        *
  *    + the ORDER clause is elligible for indexscan feature     *
  * (i.e. either the ORDER CLUSTER clause is specified or the    *
  * columns of the clustering index key matches the ORDER        *
  * clause)                                                      *
  *    + nothing disables the indexscan feature (INDEXSCAN NO is *
  * not specified)                                               *
  * - the clustering index key contains a VARGRAPHIC column      *
  * which is not the first column of the key                     *

  * HPU can terminate in ABENDS0C9 when unloading the data from  *
  * an incremental image copy data set (COPYDDN ddname option).  *
  * This can occur when the following conditions are fulfilled:  *
  * - the incremental copy contains data from a segmented table  *
  * space                                                        *
  * - a data page from the image copy data set is not mapped by  *
  * any space map contained in the incremental image copy        *
  *                                                              *
  * PH19969                                                      *
  * The fix for PH08791/PB56006 delivered the INZTSSID member of *
  * the INZCLIST library. Applying the fix requires to submit    *
  * the INZCHECK customization job which was not specified in    *
  * the HOLDDATA of the related PTF.                             *
  * Therefore, once the fix for PH08791, if INZCHECK is not      *
  * submitted, any unload fails with completion code of 8 after  *
  * having issued the following message: INZI366E THE MANDATORY  *
  * CONFIGURATION PARAMETER name IS MISSING.                     *
