  5C6-00E7014F abend occurring due to an XA_COMMIT request
  failing with MQRA_THREAD_BUSY, because this reason is not an
  expected outcome when CSQXADPM calls the queue manager.

  *                      various problems can be seen, including *
  *                      - 5C6-00E7014F in CSQXADPM              *
  *                      - 5C6-00D4007B in CSQMXARH              *
  *                      - 0C4 in CSQMXARH                       *
  *                      - Abnormal queue manager termination    *
  *                      - Uncommitted work being unexpectedly   *
  *                        committed                             *

  When multiple tasks attempt to perform operations on the same
  XA transaction branch, inadequate serialisation could allow
  multiple tasks to run using the EB associated with that
  transaction concurrently.
  Depending on the sequence of operations performed while using
  that EB, a variety of symptoms can occur.
  

Problem conclusion

• Serialisation between CSQMCPRH and CSQMXARH when switching to
  the EB associated with an XA transaction has been corrected to
  prevent multiple tasks working using the EB for the transaction
  at the same time.
