PH15166: DIFFERENT RESULT IN CA 11.0.13, CA 11.1.1 AND CA 11.1.2, CA 11.1.3 USING DQM PACKAGE AND QUERY CALCULATION USING CURRENT_DATE

Error description

• Different results between CA 11.0.13, CA 11.1.1 and CA 11.1.2,
  CA 11.1.3 when using DQM package and query calculation using
  current_date in in _days_between calculation.
  
  Using current_date and using current_date in _days_between
  calculation in DQM package in CA 11.1.2 and CA 11.1.3 returns
  different results than same calculation in DQM package in CA
  11.0.13, CA 11.1.1
  
  In CA 11.0.13, CA 11.1.1, current_date is returned as for
  example 01/08/2019, and days_between calculation returns
  expected output.
  
  In CA 11.1.2 and CA 11.1.3  current_date is now returned as
  ?Aug 1, 2019? and days_between calculation returns one day less.
