Error description

• When using the ALT command to alter a table and create a WSL to
  apply
  the change, the -STAT command and the UNLOAD utility are
  generated
  twice in the WSL.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When using the ALT command to alter a   *
  *                      table and create a WSL to apply the     *
  *                      change, the -STAT command and the       *
  *                      UNLOAD utility are generated twice in   *
  *                      the WSL.                                *

  A duplicate unload is being generated when a column is dropped
  after an alter column is performed using ALT.
