Error description

• At WAS 8.5.5.15, F servername,TRACEINIT displays:
  
  BBOO0427E TRIGGERED TRACE IS ENABLED WITH INCOMPLETE
  ENVIRONMENT VARIABLES.
  BBOO0211I MODIFY COMMAND TRACEINIT COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY

• the command does complete ok - so the error can be ignored

  A control region processing a modify command for traceinit
  received the following error message:
  BBOO0427E TRIGGERED TRACE IS ENABLED WITH INCOMPLETE
  ENVIRONMENT VARIABLES.
  The error message was issued as a result of a missing check
  for the enablement of the triggered trace function.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been modified in the traceinit command processing path
  to properly check for the enablement of the triggered trace
  serviceability function.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix packs 8.5.5.17 and 9.0.5.2.  Please refer to the
