    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The load tables function for *
    * accelerated tables always uses LOCK *
    * MODE TABLESET but user wants to use *
    * LOCK MODE TABLE instead. *
    ****************************************************************
Need a way to load accelerated table with LOCK MODE TABLE
instead of TABLESET that is always used.
Option is added to allow user to chose which LOCK MODE
for the SYSPROC.ACCEL_LOAD_TABLES procedure when it is called
for in a change or in a panel. Two ways to chose the LOCK MODE:

1- Using the panels, the lock mode option is added to the
common options panel ( ADB2PCO) that can be accessed
by 'CO' primary command in both compare panel and change
management panel. TABLESET will be the default option if
no choice is made in the common options panel.

2- Using new CM batch parameter,
    LOAD_ACCELERATED_TABLES_LOCK_MODE.
The new parameter has this definition:

    load_accelerated_tables_lock_mode
Specifies the lock mode for the SYSPROC.ACCEL_LOAD_TABLES
procedure for accelerated tables. For details on the possible
values of lock mode, see the information about
SYSPROC.ACCEL_LOAD_TABLES in the DB2 Analytics Accelerator for
    z/OS documentation.

        Values:

            TABLESET
This is the default and the recommended option.
            TABLE
            ROW
            PARTITIONS
            NONE

        Default:
            TABLESET
