PH14816: PROVIDE STORAGE RELIEF BY REDUCING MINIMUM SIZE OF DB2MSGMON BUFFER FROM 16MEG

Error description

• When monitoring Db2 messages from TEPS, each monitored subsystem
  requires a minimum of 16 Meg of 31 bit storage dedicated for the
  message buffer. Allowing customers to specify a smaller buffer
  size will make it easier to increase the number of Db2
  subsystems that can be monitored by a single collector with this
  feature active.

  Requiring a 16M buffer for DB2MSGMON (RACOPSIZE Parm) places
  restrictions on the number of Db2 Subsystems that can be
  monitored by a single OMEGAMON for Db2 collector address space.
  

Problem conclusion

• Minimum size for RACOPSIZE parameter has been reduced to
  2 Megabytes from 16 Megabytes.
